The Expo is a pre-race event held one day prior to the run where you can collect your Race Kit (Bib with Timing chip etc.) and connect/network with fellow runners!

3.Can you post/courier my Race kit/Bib?
No. All participants must come to the Expo to collect their Race Kits/Bibs.
4.Can I Collect my Bib & kit Bag on Race Day at the Venue?
No, you cannot collect your Bib/Kit Bags on Race Day.
5.Can Someone Else Collect My Race Kit On My Behalf?
We recommend participant(s) collect their own race kit. However, if you need someone to collect on your behalf, they will have to bring a printout of your entry confirmation email and a letter/email/text from you authorizing them to collect the race kit on your behalf.
6.What do I Need to Bring to Collect My Race Kit?
You will need a photo id (Pan or Aadhaar or Driving license etc.) to collect your race kit. If you are collecting the same on behalf of another runner, you will be required to bring an authorization letter/email/text along with a copy of their entry confirmation. Each participant will receive a confirmation of their entry via email (also downloadable format), you are not required to print this email, but it would be good idea to have a copy on your phone available.

9.How to register?
Registration for the event is only through the website (Link). If you belong to Corporate Organization and wish to register in large numbers (>25), you may register as a Group. For more details on Group Registrations, please email us at info@i2kpochampalli.com
10.What is the Minimum age of Registering?
The minimum age for all the events is as below,
21km is 15 years above,
10km is 15 years above,
05km run is 7 above,
11.How much is the Registration Fee?
5km run - non - timed – 350 INR+ Registration charges
10km run – Timed – 500 INR+ Registration Charges
21km run- Timed – 700 INR+ Registration Charges
12.What does the Registration fee cover?

An official race BIB (RFID Tagged with the exception of the 5K Run which is not a timed run)

To ensure that the timing is recorded, the Runner must cross all the timing mats provided at various locations. The Timing Certificate (Soft Copy) will be provided for runners who have completed the Marathon/ 10KM Run/ 5KM Run in under 3:30 hours / 2 hours / 1 hour respectively. 5KM Run is not a timed event and therefore will be no timing certificate provided.
13.What is the last date of Registration?
Last day to register will be announced on the website and social media forums.
14.Can I Transfer/cancel my Registration?
Will there be any refund? Sorry, no cancellations are possible and donations are non-refundable.
15.Can I change my category once I have registered? For example, If I have registered for the half marathon, can I now change to a 10km event? or vice versa?

16.Oops! I have made a Mistake in one of the registration fields. How do it correct it?
Please email with the correct details to our registration partner – info@i2kpochampalli.com. There was a problem during registration. I have been charged but I did not receive a confirmation. 17.Do I Receive any acknowledgement after registering?
As soon as the payment is received, an email confirmation will be sent to your registered email ID. If the payment has gone through, and the email confirmation has not been received, please send an email to our registration partner – info@i2kpochampalli.com with Transaction reference number. I have made the payment, but confirmation e-mail has not yet been received! It can be due to one of two reasons:Sometimes, there may be a time lag between the payment being made and the information reaching us, payment gateway delays. If the delay is more than a few hours, please send your reference number by e-mail to our registration partner info@i2kpochampalli.com and we will take the necessary steps.
18.Can I transfer my race entry?
Race entries are non-transferable.
19.Can I transfer my Bib to somebody else or can somebody else run using my bib?
Transfer of Bib and running using someone else’s Bib are strictly prohibited.
20.Can I register on the day of event?
No, you cannot register on the day of the event.
21.Which is the starting point of the run?

23.What above the weather in Pochampalli on the race weekend?
The weather in Pochampalli is generally pleasant, with temperatures of 25 to 32 degrees C. However, humidity may be as high as 50%. Sudden showers may be expected, and they are usually short. Runners are requested to dress appropriately and ensure they are sufficiently hydrated throughout the course.
24.Will the event be called off in case of heavy rain?
Highly less chance of calling off the event due to unfavorable weather is at the discretion of the organizers. We believe that the well-being of the runners is priority and any weather conditions which necessitate the race being called off will be deliberated thoroughly by the organizers before a decision is taken. There will be no refund of the registration fee in case the race is called off due to weather or any other acts of God (force majeure clauses) and the decision of the Race Director is final in this regard.
25.Can you Provide some details about support and aid stations?
There will be aid stations clearly marked out and available at approximately every 2.0kms of the course. The aid stations will have water, isotonic sports drinks, fruits, salt etc. They would also have basic first aid facilities (such as band-aid and pain relief spray). We request you to dispose of all trash in garbage bins/ bags stationed near the aid stations.
26.Will there be any medical facility or emergency support provided?
The following will be available should any emergency occur:
Ambulances for any emergency support covering the entire route.
Doctors at the venue
First Aid volunteers along the route
Route Marshals who will patrol the course on bicycles
Aid Station volunteers who can assist should you feel fatigued, dehydrated or too tired to continue.
27. Will there be any prize money changes or prize category changes?
Prize Money will not be changed, will be given as per the advertisement's. (2nd,3rd runner up prize will be decided based on the number of participants on the respective age category). Minimum 25 participants for all 3 prizes and 15 above for 1st & 2nd prizes. Even single participants eligible for 1st prize. The condition is mainly to make the event competitively winning the prize, not just for participation(as we are giving medal for the same).
